Kian Brownlee's Ball Mastery Program

Level 1: Done with bare feet using regular size 5 soccer ball.

    Stage 1: Done with bare feet using a regular size 5 soccer ball while standing or walking slowly.

    Stage 2:  Done with bare feet using a regular size 5 soccer ball while standing or walking slowly.

    Stage 3:  Done with bare feet using a regular size 5 soccer ball while sitting down

Level 2:  Repeat Level 1 but with a brazil ball.

Level 3:  Done with bare feet using a regular size 5 soccer ball on the run

    Stage 1:  Done with bare feet using a regular size 5 soccer ball while running

    Stage 2:  Repeat stage 1 Level 3 with a brazil ball.

Master Level:  Done with bare feet using the 8 ball bambino.  Repeat all Levels and Stages above.
